Colorado Remembers
Join us for a very special Colorado Remembers on Saturday, May 24 at the Colorado Freedom Memorial, 756 Telluride St. This year we will be celebrating the anniversary of the end of World War II.
Featuring...A free-will donation pancake breakfast (donations benefit the Colorado Freedom Memorial Foundation), displays of military artifacts and themed entertainment. On display will be various military vehicles, The Honor Bell and a steel beam from the USS Arizona.
Event schedule is as follows...
- 8 to 10 a.m. | Pancake Breakfast and musical performance by The All-American Big Band
- 10 to 11:30 a.m. | Remembrance Ceremony
- 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. | Static Military Display and tours of the Memorial
Special honors…We would like to invite Word War II Veterans to attend and receive special recognition - please reach out to the Colorado Freedom Memorial for more information.

City of Aurora Free Movie and Music Night (Moana with Kalama Polynesian Dancers)
Stop by to say Hi as you enjoy a movie and live music. Myself and other candidates will be there to listen to community on their needs and ideas.
Music at the Movies will offer free concerts followed by family-friendly movies under the stars. Join the city of Aurora’s Parks, Recreation and Open Space Department and Aurora Public Library at various city of Aurora community parks for another cinematic lineup of treasured classics and new favorites.
